Soup Day on Monday was big. The biggest attendence so far with six people enjoying the deal. Lucky I am only making soup, preparing a proper meal for that many people would suck. The dishes were bad enough as it was. =)
Martine had earlier suggested I make a scotch broth, and given I ran out of the house on Monday morning without looking for a recipe, scotch broth it was. I used my brain to find a recipe for pumkpin scotch broth. I'll mirror it below becuase I can bet Volition will be around a lot longer than this guy's website, even if he is some sort of Scottish cultural icon. Or something.
