I'm thinking of signing up as an affiliate of Simple Shoes so I can a) sell their shoes online and hence maybe make enough money to fund the cost of my blog, web presence, email, etc.) but more importantly b) buy a pair of Simples in Australia.
They are damm good shoes, would anyone else be interested in buying a pair?

That's a damn fine idea.
I love my simples and was recently way distressed to find that I couldn't get another pair.

I dunno Mike, their sneakers seem to still have laces on them which is a bit too complicated for me. Their sandles are pretty easy to operate though and I've kind of worn mine out.

Yeah... I don't like their sneakers much (I think I'd destroy them in a couple of weeks' worth of nocturnal activity even if I did), but the sandals look nice.
If only I wore sandals!

Simples are pretty hardy, mine lasted for years. Not much idea how the affiliate stuff goes apart from a certain percentage kickback per pair sold. I'll read through the click-thru's post-exams to get a better clue.
I kinda like the look of their clogs, more-so than their sandals, I think.

I think Jeremy can vouch for my sneaker-destruction abilities... I wore holes in the soles of my last pair of Globes in the first six months' worth of shuffling, and I still keep them as a memento.

Are you selling Simple Shoes in Australia yet? I bought my Simple Clogs in Canada in 2000 and they are still going but I would love a new pair!! Please let me know if you are stocking them, they are great shoes.
