italian marinated beans with whole croutons

This delicious recipe is both quick and inexpensive to make. You will need the following:

Heat the beans as directed. Toast then butter the bread. Smother the toast with the heated beans and sprinkle with oregano. Top with parmesan shavings and serve immediately.

A tasty treat, I recommend a good South Australian Shiraz as an accompaniment.
