So even the prosecution thinks the Guantanamo Bay military commission is b0rked.

I wonder how the government will sweep this under the carpet? My money is on the United States uncovering "evidence" that the email messages were forged, wrong, taken out of context or just not applicable. We can the all safely go back to sleep knowing that we are safe from terrorism.
