LOL! Uh, even the page that makes this claim is invalid. In fact, it doesn't validate to even one of the thirteen document types that validator.w3.org will attempt. Time to re-read that "specifications standard"?

Heh. Re-read it? They probably just selected the XHTML doctype in Dreamweaver. That's what I like about Dreamweaver, it makes authoring broken HTML faster than ever!
